What I was thinking when I met Jordan Baker


Hello, I am back! I am very confused right now and not too sure, on what I am thinking about this person I just met at a party. When I was at Gatsby's party I was busy looking for him but I came across a woman named Jordan Baker. We introduced ourselves to each other and decided to chat for a moment and get to know each other. She was a famous golf and frequency attended Gatsby's parties, which she greatly enjoyed. The two of us talked about Gatsby for a while since I did not know who he was. She told me rumor had it that Gatsby killed a man once in his life. I was in shock because I did not know what to think of Gatsby now or even the new woman I met. I thought to myself is Gatsby a good person, why would all of these people come to his parties and use all of his personal belongings if people know he killed someone? Then again, I thought to myself maybe this is not true and if not why would Jordan being creating false rumors about Gatsby. Anyways, we continued you to talk with each other after we had a few too many drinks together. The night went on and the party ended up being a lot of fun. After the party, I did not know what to think with Jordan and how she acted towards me. Considering we just met but stayed together the whole night at the party was a confusing but a good kind.

    Nick,
    Reading back on your old blogs is making me a little depressed. This was the first night that I secretly fell in love with you. Pretty weird right, but you know what they say "It was love at first sight". I know we are broken up now, and you probably don't want anything to do with me. But I want you back Nick, Our love was something special and I just want to be with you again. I'm sorry for all the wrongs I have done, but I am going to make mistakes, I'm only human. Reading this makes me sad because I'm reminiscing on all of our old times together. If you don't respond to my comment, I understand. But I just wanted you to know how I felt. I still love you Nick Carraway, I always will.

Why I had to leave New York

After my dear friend Gatsby passed away, life has not been the same. I was very upset and frustrated that no one attended his funeral. After his passing people continued to talk down about him and threw shame on him. When I came to New York Gatsby and I grew very close and ended up spending a lot of time together.
